We do not accept returns. or offer refunds for purchases made, including cases where you may change your mind

refund policy

If your package is unclaimed or customs fees are refused by you and the product is returned to me, I will make every effort to contact you to resolve the issue. If a package is returned to me and I receive no response or instruction from the customer within 30 days the order will be automatically marked down for store credit, you can use the store credit by checking out with the email you ordered with initially.

Please understand that because of my main policy - ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. I will not offer refunds for returned packages, this is because it is a safer ethic for me to run by as a business, especially as this is not a big business, please understand.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
In the event that the package does not arrive at its destination, this is considered a matter for the postal service. As the postal service is responsible for delivering the package, I am unable to issue refunds for lost packages. It is important that you contact the postal service directly to address any delivery issues.

Finally, please note that upon purchasing untracked shipping for your product, there is a risk of the package being lost and untraceable which is out of my control and you should contact the relevant delivery company, I am not responsible for any losses that occur through the delivery company.
